Projects & Programmes

Our vision is focusing on the needs of the local community and beyond that provides direction and the resources to meet practical, emotional, and social needs.

Socal Connect

A time to come together and connect over some good food. These are run on the 1st & 3rd Thursday of each month at our Community House, which is located at 136 Springfield Rd, St Albans.

BuyCycles

BuyCycles is an exciting initiative, which gives the opportunity of owning a bike for those needing transport or for just getting out in the fresh air.

We are working with RAD Bikes, delivering bikes to encourage health and well-being, with an affordable and independent means of transport.

This is everything we do around food, connecting our community through kai.

We have many areas that we are involved in within the community, which include: Workplace Fruit delivering fruit to help healthy eating within a business, Community Food Response helping connect those in need through produce and essential boxes.

Also our Fruit In Schools promotes healthy eating for the next generation.

Don't forget about our weekly Wednesday Produce Co-Op, which is only $15.00 for a great selection of produce.

Loopy Tunes St Albans

Autism Connect Group

This is a support group where you can come and meet with other parents/carers who have a family member on the Autism Spectrum.

The group is hosted by a parent with lived experience so come and share your stories, experiences and find out what's out there to support you and your family. A safe place to be with others who "Get it"

Free tea/coffee and sweet treats!

Looking forward to meet you at Community Focus Trust House.

Meeting last Friday of the month.

This music and movement preschool group continues to grow and we are excited that in partnership with Empower Church, Loopy Tunes St Albans has been well established in our area.

We run this each Thursday at 9:30 am during school term time. Each term we have a theme and we do the same program for the whole term to allow the children to become familiar with the songs.

$3.00 Per Session / $30.00 Per Term

Helping Hands

Helping Hands is a Community Care project, where we are able to send teams out to volunteer their time in the community, providing help with jobs around people's homes in the way of gardening, stacking firewood or helping move items.

This is a practical way for people to give back to their community while connecting with others. No task is too small or too large, so get in touch if we can help someone you know who needs a helping hand.
